92. Now, now, now. Here we go again, picking on the "mexicans." Who is saying these contestants are ONLY mexican? Get real and get a life. How insulting. But on a more serious note, yes, I agree that it seems like an easy invitation for some terrorist to con his way into an american citizenship. Plus, I feel "game" would be illegal because immigration laws are set up to promote family unity. They are meant for bringing and keeping the family unit together. Not to be played around with.

94. I think one of the reasons why hispanics (especially from Mexico) are targeted when discussing illegal immigration can be broken down into this: when you call a business what does the voice say? Press 1 for English or Press 2 for Spanish. What about all the other cultures? Why not press 3 for Russian?, or Press 4 for Japanese? or Press 5 for Farzi? When I drive down the street in the San Fernando Valley (CA) why are there billboards in Spanish? Why not Japanese? Chinese? Russian? etc etc. My parents immigrated to America and during that process they had to learn English and the history of America but todays illegal immigrant has NO loyalty to America. They come here only for the money and to take advantage of "free services" (not really free since the taxpayers have to pay). They do not learn the language, they do not abide by the laws and they refuse to assimilate. They use hospital emergency rooms for all their medical care (since by law they cannot be turned away) and then never pay the bills. Do you know in the past 5 years over 4 emergency rooms were forced to close their doors due to nonpayment of bills? They don't drive with licenses or insurance and if they get into an accident, 9 out of 10 of them simply run away and abandon the car, leaving the victim on the side of the road to die. They bring their gangs and drugs here and destroy neighborhoods. Look at the San Fernando Valley. 15 years ago it was considered a beautiful, middle class suburb, now it is infested with gangs, drugs, and illegals lining the street corners. Its disgusting. I don't care what race you are. If you are here illegally, you should be deported. Period. Maybe we should follow Mexico's immigration laws (google those and get a good read).

100. If this is real, the "wedding" won't be legally binding (i.e., it is performed by someone with about as much power invested in them to do so as I have -- meaning zilch).

My husband is a Brit, and trust me, the laws re: establishing permanent residency via marriage to a citizen are crystal clear. Marrying a citizen doesn't automatically grant you the right to stay here. There are hoops you gotta jump through, paperwork ya gotta file, and time you gotta let pass. As the citizen, I had to sign stuff swearing I would be financially and legally responsible for hubby during the first two years of the marriage. After two years, you file more paperwork, probably have to go through another interview, before the Feds will take the training wheels off the green card.

There is no way this could be legally binding. The contestants and even the show's producers would be breaking the law if it was.

101. I was born and raised in this country and I pay my taxes and earn my keep just like every other American. I am 3/4's Mexican, and I find this to be the dumbest of the reality shows these days....Although I have to say, I could NOT stop laughing when I read this!!!!!!

They came HERE to get their surgeries. They would rather pay the US than take Canadian freebies that are killing your people.
